It also comes with a black mat that you can place up under it to protect your floors. Not pictured , I didn't need to use it when I moved it to my outside building recently.
You can program 2 users , which keeps up with how many calories you have burned and how many hours you have spent on it for each user. It comes with preset workouts, you can customize workouts, or you can just click a speed and go ! It also inclines as you can see pictured. You chose the incline height (From 1 to 10) It also has a built in fan and 2 cup holders. Also has two bar handles that you put your hands on and it and will tell you your pulse rate.
